“We had a good stay here. The kitchen was a fully-equipped industrial kitchen with a very efficient dishwasher and lots of utensils, as well of heaps of space to sit in the common area. “The room was quite modern and comfortable and the hot tub was a lovely added bonus with the beautiful views from the balcony. However, we were unable to find the reception as indicated in emails. We wanted extra towels but had no way to contact as we did not have the ability to phone with our cellulars. “Loved the hotel except there's no staff there to help you. You have to communicate the entire time online. No parking onsite and you have to park in a public lot a few blocks away. “The room is clean, but the water in the shower and sink smells like sulfur. They need to put a filter for the water. The pillow cases were old and the zippers to keep them closed were broken. Staff was not very helpful as we were traveling with another couple and due to a maintenance issue they sent the other couple to a different hotel. They made no attempt to keep us together and it could have been done. We were not happy with that as it caused a lot of issues.”

"room is small, but I was aware of it in advance. But there is no wardrobe as the room is small, which is understandable. But they are not too smart in not putting more hooks on the wall so that at least I can hang my clothes. Other than that, the location, condition of the room, etc are good enough for the time.
