"Well I don’t know if our expectations were to high for our stay at the Comfort Inn, Burlington, but this property furniture is a bit run down and the 2 queen room was very crowded with everything crammed into it. Management was not very friendly with their staff as my wife and I heard the manager tearing a strip off one of the cleaning staff, and when I say tearing a strip off, I mean under normal circumstances this manager would have been brought up on harassment charges. Overall our stay was not great and we would recommend moving on to any other hotel instead of staying here. "

"There were so many people going in and out of the location. Teenagers in the lobby at 1.30am. I had to cut short my stay due to safety concerns. The staff and amenities were top notch"

"Second time staying there, this time was super popular because of a game next door. Only issue was 1 of the 3 elevators were down but other than that great place to stay, conveniently located, affordable, and always a cab outside! Starbucks, groceries steps away!"

"If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not your place!!! We booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 11 night due to a death in the family. While we were there a few hockey teams checked in (ages 10-16). They constantly ran up and down the hallways screaming. The parents were drinking and talking very loud in the hallways. We talked to the front desk and they moved us promising no hockey teams or family’s were on the 5th or 6th floor. We were moved to the 6th floor and hockey family’s were all around us. The next night it was so bad the cops were called (not by us). They had security walking the halls, but the running and yelling continued. We talked to the staff the following day and they told us a lot of damage was done that night as we noticed frames ripped off the walls of the elevator. We also received a letter under our door telling us they were turning the water off from 11am to 4pm. Forcing us to leave the hotel as we couldn’t even use the bathroom. This was not an enjoyable experience. I would expect this from a lower end hotel. We spent the extra money booking at the sandman as we were dealing with the loss to our family and expecting a more respectful establishment/crowd. As I said if I knew our stay would have been like that, I would have saved some money and booked at a lower end hotel. "
