“Would definitely recommend. The Midge is a super cute cabin. It was very clean and the fire pit was a definite plus. With the porch lights off you can see a gazillion stars. No views like that in the city. The walking trails are great and go right by the river and its always fun to ride up to the dam where it feels like you're on top of the world. May stay here again on my next visit home.”

“The petting zoo and shack for firewood/s'mores/eggs were great to have on site. Beautiful and clean. A/C was a must for summer heat and worked wonderfully. The hot tub was hot! It was quiet and partially secluded; other tenants on the hill, could see you. Error on the side of caution: the entryway into the bedroom and washroom are not designed for non-flexible and/or large-framed individuals. We didn't have a problem, but certain individuals would. (Granted it's 25 y/o Airstream, people were……

“We had the best little stay at this adorable cabin! We had two families, 4 kids (ages 10-13) and they loved the loft area. The bottom level bed was SO comfy, kitchen fully stocked and plenty of available towels. Easy navigation to Beech Mountain resort for skiing, great iced lattes at First Chair Coffee Shop and yummy family dinners at both Famous Brick Oven Pizza (kids loved the arcade and ice cream) and Bullwinkels (great pasta and sammies!). Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and while the wood……

“We really enjoyed our time here. It was wet and rainy so the fireplace was perfect to sit and read. Bed was comfortable ,shower was hot and the house was clean. Well decorated, too. We enjoyed wine on the screened in back porch. There is a nice park across the street with walking paths and a dog park.”
