"Fridge wasn’t very cold and leaked inside on food. No one at front desk for several minutes when we wanted to check in. Breakfast just ok. "

"It was a decent stopping place to spend the night- perfect for what it was."

"Simple overnight stay as we were travelling through. The breakfast was good, and the room was exactly what we needed, without extra frills. The one thing I appreciated was the willingness of the staff to help us after we discovered we had left a few things in the room after leaving. We were already too far away to turn back, and they held all our belongings for us for a full week before we were passing through again. It was very appreciated."

"The pool was not functional and I had to be moved to another room because my first room had ants really badl."

"Was a bit grungy in appearance (the cement floors have an odd design that makes them look dirty even though they are clean) & a little hard to find the entrance to the building, but overall serviceable and convenient as a place to crash for a night, and if you needed somewhere to stay long term in the area I can see it being very possible to make the space comfortable."

"Wonderful room and bathroom. Good location. Lobby was really just the entrance to the bar/restaurant. Staff a little hard to find. "

"This hotel is lovely the rooms are very spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is great, right ooff the highway and surrounded by many places to dine. This hotel has contracts with Airlines and the best rooms are held for flight crews. When I arrived there weren’t any rooms available that wasn’t by an exit door so the first 2 nights I didn’t get much sleep. When I requested to change I was put in front of the elevator so I specifically asked for high floor not by the exit or elevator. The lady that accommodated my request was a little annoyed nonetheless she made it happen. Coming back to Roanoke after being in larger cities it’s always a travel back into time. "
