Not properly cleaned. The toilet was dirty and the shower had many long hairs. The staff was nice and overall the property was ok for a one night stay.

We stayed in a room with a King bed. The heater/ac couldn't be turned off, the power button was broken. The cabinet that the fridge was in was damaged likely due to the freezer needing to be de-iced. It wouldn't shut all the way because it was so frozen over. All of the doors slammed- including the bathroom in the room. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, juice from a juice dispenser, coffee from a coffee dispenser, waffle/pancake maker. No gluten free bread/batter/muffins available. I think there were mini cereals and yogurt.

Club music could be heard on the fourth floor and was problematic for creating a peaceful environment.

This was the norm for the surrounding hotels in the Meriden area and it was safe and efficiently run with an actual complimentary hot breakfast that was satisfying to eat. The others do not. The facility could use some updating but the price was right.

The room was very nice and clean. Smelled wonderful. I am someone that tends to be cold all the time. The heat was set to 55 degrees and at 67. When I tried turning it up, it only gave me a message "AUX Heat On" and did not warm up. When waking up it was down to 65.
