"The property and location were great for ours needs. It met our expectations. My daughter and I stayed in the studio apartment, and we had friends staying in the 2 bedroom house on the property. I was disappointed that the backyard area was off limits to guests. The owner's family lived on the property and the yard was for their use. The owner and family were very nice and accomodating, but i assumed the property was for our use only during the rental.I would consider renting again when in the...

"Perfect. The beds were amazing. Super clean. Alan is super easy to communicate with. Quick to respond. House is organized and just like the listing states. Please note that there is a ramp that an elderly person could have issue navigating on foot to get to the dock from the back deck. Also take a baby gate to block the access to the ramp if you have pets or babies. (We easily used the long table on the back deck as a gate at it worked perfectly!)
