“The staff was incredible”

“OK, so me and my boyfriend and our dog checked in on Wednesday after driving 16+ hours and was charged a dog fee of $30 per day which is crazy but paid it for just that one day that we had the dog so we get to room 130 the room smelt so terrible but my boyfriend was so tired so he just sprayed perfume all over too get through the night the next morning we go to the counter and told the lady and she was so rude about it. she gave us the key to the next door unit which smelt even worse. “Where on earth are you required to put down a $60 cash deposit at check in, plus pay for your stay in advance? Why would I coincidentally have $60 in cash? And imagine getting dropped off by the Uber driver and finding the lobby locked, with a sign that says "We'll be back" with no idea when that will be because calls are going to voicemail. But because I try to see the silver lining...the staff I ended up dealing with were pleasant, I had no bugs in the bed and the microwave worked. No cable……

“We were a bit disappointed with the accommodations…but it was an okay place to stay for one night, was overpriced as we were able to find nicer cleaner accommodations a little bit north of this location at a better price. I don’t regret staying here but will not book again.”
