Perfect Home Base
Waking up here for a week was wonderful! This stay checked a lot of boxes for us and was a great place for us to get out and explore a large portion of the U.P. The wonderful back porch and patio areas are the highlight of this property, with the gorgeous Pine River and a busy beaver to watch, the mornings here were wonderful. This property offers a lot of amenities, including handsoap, some sample toiletries, and linens. I was a bit surprised there wasn't any dishsoap, but being inexpensive and we were going up to Sault Sainte Marie to grocery shop anyways, it wasn't a big deal. The house was pretty clean considering it can house so many people and the occasional pet. I did not find any stray hairs or dirt, but did take some pictures of things, like a bedroom door, to not incur any additional fees. The host just started using a new management system for their listing, so I did receive quick communication from Michelle on what email to look for in order to finalize payment. She also answered my questions very quickly and was quite pleasant to work with. Overall, we loved staying here and would definitely stay here again!

Nice, cozy home away from home
The home was the perfect size for our family! My grandparents enjoyed having their own space in the lower level. The nature was so fun to watch every day. It was cozy enough that we decided to spend our last day in the UP at the house rather than traveling.

Great Location!
House was very clean and nice, great location on the river and central to many different things we wanted to do. Lots of space, beautiful large deck for sitting out.
