“Rooms were dirty cabinets doors were falling off along with they were filthy. All the floors were filthy, not only in the room, but the elevator in the hallways staff was rude especially the night staff woman.”

“I thought the room was nice. The shade in our room was broke so therefore were unable to close that. We had a suite but had no chairs to sit on. Was hard to just sit and relax, disappointed in that for sure, especially for what you pay.”

“I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size.……

“The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, even providing a variety of fresh-baked cookies upon arrival. My room was spotless and thoughtfully pre-stocked with extra towels and bedding, and the lobby’s well-supplied convenience store was a great perk. The breakfast selection was a highlight, featuring everything from bacon and eggs to unique additions like an Icee machine and ice cream. While the pool was still covered for the chilly April weather, the only real drawback was the noise;……

Price gouging due to the Zach Bryan concert cost really busted our wedding attendance budget. I despise opportunistic pricing…”

“Absolutely LOVED this place!! It was so cute and historic! Built in 1909 it has so much character and felt like I was transported into a French renaissance era and my goodness it was the cleanest place ive stayed in. I’ve been to some 5 star hotels and this was even better!! If I’m ever in Lincoln again I know where I’ll be staying for sure! 10/10”
