“When we arrived the person at the front desk was absolutely AMAZING! He was very kind and helped us a lot throughout the entire night! The pool is not heated and was cold! The hot tub however was very nice! We didn’t notice anything off about our room until the morning! There was an entire colony of ants in our room! They got into our bags and our clothes ):”

“Excellent from check-in to check-out. Room was spacious, very nice, washer/dryer was a nice bonus. Kids enjoyed the complimentary ice cream and slushies. Everyone we encountered was polite, professional and helpful. To end our stay, the breakfast buffet was great. 10/10 recommend”

“Needed extra blanket and was told they don’t have extra blankets. We reserved the room with two beds and pullout couch and had no bedding for pullout couch. Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs were watery and sausage links undercooked.”

“There was a flashing light on a detector in our room that was distracting and the A/C didn't really cool the greatest and it was a little noisy when it did kick on. Otherwise I would definitely stay again as the Kickback and breakfast is definitely worth it!!”

Built in 1909 it has so much character and felt like I was transported into a French renaissance era and my goodness it was the cleanest place ive stayed in. I’ve been to some 5 star hotels and this was even better!! If I’m ever in Lincoln again I know where I’ll be staying for sure! 10/10”

“Below average breakfast service. Like they were afraid to have too much out for folks. No milk for cereal, 1 slice of toast at a time. Always waiting for fresh coffee,bland oranje juice. No eggs or sausage and when it came out it was gone with a few people and had to wait again. In room coffee maker leaked, refridgerator was so noisy it had to be unplugged to beable to sleep. In room heater/cooler fascia was on the floor leaning on the unit with a knob missing but i managed to find the knob and……
