“We stayed only one night. But this place was everything we needed. Quiet place and it was clean. Helpful staff was great. ”

“The room was ok. The room smelled . From the moment we enterd the room from the first day the smell was bad. The bathroom smelled from day one and was not scrubbed clean.”

“The rooms need a few rugs to keep you when you are in your barefeet. Also maybe put some grab bars and anti slip mats in the shower ”

“Room was not clean. There was toothpaste smeared in the bathroom and a sticky spill on the bedside table. The other issue with the room is when all the lights are off, the blinking smoke detector light is extremely bright… like a small strobe light in the room making it difficult to sleep. Otherwise the room would have been great being new and up to date. We loved the gym area, the lobby and the free snacks from 530-7. We did order the kitchen bar food late one night for dinner and would not……

“Nice area, good breakfast, nice rooms”

“Needed extra blanket and was told they don’t have extra blankets. We reserved the room with two beds and pullout couch and had no bedding for pullout couch. Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs were watery and sausage links undercooked.”

“Absolutely LOVED this place!! It was so cute and historic! Built in 1909 it has so much character and felt like I was transported into a French renaissance era and my goodness it was the cleanest place ive stayed in. I’ve been to some 5 star hotels and this was even better!! If I’m ever in Lincoln again I know where I’ll be staying for sure! 10/10”

“Parking was full but they did assist us”

“I booked a deluxe king room, but I failed to see what was deluxe about it. Some of the photos show a bathtub in the bathroom but our room had only a shower. The vent fan didn't work. One of the main reason we stayed here was because of the rooftop bar but upon our arrival we discovered that the bar was booked for a private venue. The only good part of our stay was the staff, they were very friendly. The room was also clean. ”

“Upon arriving we found there was a loud intermittent noise adjacent to the room. We talked to staff and they offered a second floor room so we moved upstairs. This room had no cold water in the lavatory and the stool did not fill after flushing and the TV did not work. We again contacted the front desk and we were moved to a third room that functioned. The whole place appears to need some updating. Staff were pleasant but difficult to understand.”

“Excellent place to stay in the downtown /haymarket area. Parking was no issue as we used the adjacent parking structure. It was safe to walk around the Haymarket at night and excellent restaurants were a block away. The room was comfortable. We would stay again”
