“Trendy and fun! They have a pool table and games in the main area. Our room was clean and as a handicap room it was spacious and comfortable.”

“I booked a double room with a tub - was told at check in they didnt have that room type - found out on day two that was a lie - was charged for parking even though it said that parking was free - dinner each night had a guy serving food with long long hair and no hair net gross - oh and he was a very grumpy guy also - food kept running out - drinks in the evening had to stand in line to get one for 15-20 minutes each night ”

“Communication though Expedia app was easy and thorough. We were only there overnight for a concert and the weather was terrible so we never saw any staff but the room was great. Very cute property and room. The room was clean, beds were comfy & space was large. We would absolutely stay there again if we’re ever in Lincoln!”

“May 2, 2026. Property is all torn up, in process of switching from Comfort Inn to Springhill suites. Materials in lobby, all walls bare with prior wallpaper torn off, room itself with construction started. Hotel is operational, but should have some way of letting customers know the whole place is torn up before booking. O”

“I was taken by the appliances available, a small full size fridge and freezer, 2 burner electric stove and sink. Didn't have a very restful night but that's not on them, I just suck at sleeping.”

“This hotel needs updated and better cleaning done. Carpeting in the elevator was ripped and a trip hazard. Breakfast was very good and front desk gentleman was very nice and very accommodating!”

“We arrived in around 11 for our stay. Front desk was very nice. The hotel is very rundown. A lot of drug activity. Hot breakfast is not a hot breakfast the orange juice and whole juices that comes out of the machine tasted like water. I am not sure what machine they use for their coffee, but I was unable to drink it. ”
