"We rented this property for Christmas, and it was absolutely fantastic. The hosts were so friendly and there were lots of clear instructions on how to use the hot tub etc. The location was perfect, and we LOVED the decor of the place - so quirky and right up our street as we are a rock n roll loving family. "The house was not cleaned by check in. We had to wait an hour for it to be cleaned. Communication with the host was difficult. The place was fine for a night or two, but not great. The stairs were very steep and only bathroom was downstairs. None of the doors closed without difficulty. The bathroom door would not close/lock. Bedrooms very small. Kitchen was updated and fairly nice. Front room very small with uncomfortable furniture. "

"We had the greatest stay in this beautiful and cozy flat. It is very well equipped and there was good space for everyone. The terrace and garden by the water is amazing where we had the morning coffee, enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and watched the ducks swim by. Would defenitely come again."

"This was a great place to stay if you want a quiet place in the beautiful countryside - plenty of space to spread out with a family of 6! We loved using the hot tub after long days of sightseeing. It was a great location for hopping into Oxford (10-15 min.) and to drive over to Windsor castle and Stonehenge. The train is about 10 minutes away to make day trips to London! "Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"On arriving at the address I called the owner only to be told the accomodation had CLOSED months ago and was left struggling to find alternative accomodation on FA cup weekend. This was finally done for a more expensive option. I need a full refund immediately and assurance this property has been DELETED from your site. Please ensure a response to this."
