"What a wonderful place!! The views are AMAZING. We stayed for 4 nights & every morning we woke up to see a herd of 50ish elk on the hillside, then at night you can see the lights of LaGrande spread out below you.We had Thanksgiving at the house & our family was able to spread out and really enjoy each other.The hosts live close by and are very responsive to any inquiries. "

"Absolutely amazing architecture beautiful modern kitchen the stained glass windows were incredible everything about the house was incredible the people that owned it were amazing. The views were stunning. The house was so comfortable I'm so beautiful everything about it was beautiful including the people. I loved that they share the history of the house and the family live in the houses nearby. We got to meet John the son of the original owners of the home he's 89 years old, he and his doodle dog Jenny we're probably one of the highlights of the trip such a kind man with so many stories he made our adventure and adventure for sure. Being able to share it this fantastic home with my niece was truly a blessing"
