Appartamento pulito, confortevole e ottimamente attrezzato con bel terrazzino su piscina e giardino. Perfetto per due persone. Il terzo posto non può essere considerato un letto comodo

My unit was very clean, well appointed (full kitchen, lots towels, toiletries, etc). The project as a whole appears very worn, dated, in serious need of updating, renovation and repair. Partially filled ponds, stained exteriors and the like. This was a very nice property 50 years ago.

Very clean and organized - no clutter, with an airy open space. This is a residential community, so it felt more homey and not touristy.

Pros, are it has a decent size lanai, it was clean, except for the stove, couldn’t cook on it because the burner tops were not appealing due to crud and rust and the side of stove was in bad shape.Con’s: tried to update by just painting the counter top and bathtub in bathroom which was peeling paint. No info in unit to explain anything about pool or laundry facilities, the whole complex is very dated and needs a lot of repair and updating, took one look at the pool and decided to not swim, poor communication as to what building we were in and no parking instructions, we had to do all the leg work and research on all this on our own.
