AWESOME OCEAN FRONT CONDO.

Great place for a romantic vacation. Awesome location! Sunrise & coffee every morning on the balcony. A bike ride to everything you need. Cant wait to go back next year.

Wonderful oceanfront condo

Amazing views, beach accessible within seconds, handy bikes and quality details such as thick towels, new dishes and utensils, comfortable mattress and sheets, all the pots & pans needed, charging ports/wires in every room made our stay memorable and worry free. Golf courses nearby, Coligny market and good restaurants within walking distance. On floor washers & dryers completed the package. Highly recommend this location and truly appreciated the thoughtful details and responsive owners.

Excellent experience

Our stay was a wonderful experience. The space was extremely clean and the pictures matched the listing. We thoroughly appreciated the beautiful view and the proximity to the ocean. We were able to experience several beautiful sunrises and sunsets during our stay. Although the weather wasn’t perfect and a bit chilly at times (we visited during November so not a surprise), we were so happy to have decided on 318 Ocean Dunes. We enjoyed having the bikes and beach chairs. The communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

First time in Hilton Head

Great location very convenient to shops restaurants golf and the beach. Unit was compact but well appointed and had everything my wife and I needed. The owner Kim was excellent with all her communications.

A wonderful experience

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The listing was very accurate. A seamless check-in/out rocess. The host was very welcoming and provided all the information needed to have an enjoyable visit to HHI. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and pool with an awesome view. 5 min from the center of action. The unit was very clean, well maintained and thoughtfully equiped with all the comforts of home and some extras. Communication with the host was very easy and the response was prompt. We look forward to returning to this excellent getaway.

Amazing vacation stay…better than the pictures!

The condo was the perfect unit for my husband and me. Everything was spot on from the booking, check in, location, and everything inside and out, including the bikes. The place was super clean and well stocked. Loved the views of the ocean! The pool was heated and felt great even on the cooler days. Lots of shopping and restaurants were an easy walk or bike ride away. Kim’s communication was super prompt and appreciated!

Fantastic get away

The condo was great. When we arrived we were delighted with the cleanliness. Communication was fantastic. View was great. Just wish weather would have cooperated a little more. For 3 days we never saw the sun. Very easy access to the beach. Beach was clean and quiet. Would recommend and probably will be back. Thanks for everything.

Great ocean view

We had a lovely relaxing week at Kim's condo. The highlight for us was the wonderful unobstructed view of the ocean from the 3rd floor balcony, which has two high top chairs and a table, plus a rocking chair. The condo is very clean, well organized to take advantage of the space, and well stocked. The king bed is quite comfortable. Kim was very responsive to our questions--all pre- arrival-- and everything went so smoothly once we were there.

HH Beach Lover

The minute you open the door, you are fond of this space and know it is immaculately clean. The design of the condo is well thought out to utilize every square foot. The finishes are upscale and the decorating lends itself to relaxation. The balcony has a great view and it was great for starting our day with a good cup of coffee. The pool was well designed and well maintained and never too busy. The location of this condo was perfect as it is located next to the Marriott where our son and his family were staying. Our host had thought of many wonderful amenities and she was very responsive. A good week!

Perfect condo, perfect location

The property was exactly as expected from the on line description. The unit was perfect-- very clean and organized. The location was great - with a balcony overlooking the beach. The building and grounds seemed very well maintained. There was a heated pool also. We could walk to Coligny Circle for shopping , groceries, restaurants. Also the unit included access to 2 bicycles and there is a bike trail right across the street from the building. Basically we had a wonderful week. Kim, the owner, provided very useful information regarding the unit and Hilton Head area. She covered everything we needed to know regarding the condo prior to our arrival. We would definitely recommend this property !

Clean, updated, lots of storage, and well stocked.

I have zero complaints about the cleanliness of this condo. Everything including the inside of the draws were clean. I usually have to at least wipe out the inside of the drawers before I put my clothes in. Not this time. The king size bed was so comfortable and there was still room for his/her storage in the bedroom. I usually have to bring items to cook with, nice knives, frying pans, sheet trays. Not necessary in Kim’s condo. If you like to cook or at least make breakfast, she has everything I wanted or needed. The view from the balcony is amazing. We visit the Island each Christmas to visit family. This unit is at the top of our list.

Best Hilton Head Anniversary Vacation!

Wow! I don't even know where to begin with how wonderful this property is. As soon as we stepped in the door it felt like we were home for the week. This condo is so clean, and stocked with anything we needed throughout the week as far as cleaners and kitchen tools. The bed is comfortable and there are extra pillows if needed in the cabinet in the bedroom. For a small space there is ample storage including a cabinet for rolling luggage to get it out of view for the week. The coin laundry was easy to get to and use by the elevators. There is a machine to exchange bills for quarters if you forget to bring them with you. Kim's communication is amazing from texting to answer questions to labeling all the essentials in the condo so you know how appliances and what each light switch is for. We absolutely adored the rocking chair on the balcony and the ocean views. We could see dolphins every day from the balcony and it's a perfect place to read and watch the sun come up. The beach was a short walk away from the condo and it was so easy to enjoy walks each morning and evening. This is easily the best property we have stayed in as a couple. Thank you for sharing your exceptional condo with us! We will definitely be back! 😁

Awesome ocean view from the condo

When we entered into the condo, the first thing you notice is the spectacular ocean view, and everything else was just perfect. The condo was well taken care of and very clean. The decor was tastefully done and very comfortable. We can't think of any negatives, only a very positive 7-day stay. Kim thought of everything, and had a well-stocked condo. The information that she provides is extremely helpful. We went during the second week of May and even the weather was perfect, in the high 70s to low 80 degrees, and there is almost always a breeze. When it rained, it seemed to rain mainly at night. Therefore, giving you another perfect day to enjoy. The condo was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Kim provides two bicycles. My husband rode on the beach, but I was too unsure of myself to join him. One could easily walk or ride on the beach since the sand was firmly packed except for the area before the dunes. This was as nice as our Kauai vacations without the snorkeling. The refrigerator was making a strange noise one morning, but Kim had her housekeeper come to check it out. Tammie knew exactly what to do and had fixed the problem before we came back to the condo. So we virtually had no problems. We loved our stay, and highly recommend the condo if it fits your needs. Great place!

Kim was fantastic, so communicative and very helpful! She left lists of things to do on the island and an array of great restaurant suggestions. The condo was super clean and comfortable with a lot of small, thoughtful amenities that made it very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Hilton Head Holiday Getaway / Anniversary

This was a fantastic condo for my wife and I to celebrate our 30th anniversary during the holidays. The condo was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for the week. If we had a question about anything during our stay, our host was always very quick to respond (She was great!). A nice bonus was the two bikes that were available to us. We put the bikes to good use on a couple of long beach rides (Yes, the beach sand is packed hard enough to ride on and is very smooth). Overall, we would highly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
