The camp itself is primarily families who've been coming to this location (and the camp next door) for decades so it's not exactly a place for tourists... it's a place to experience, particularly to see nature in action - clean water, the Nordic summer sun, great people. This was easily the highlight of our 3-week vacation....

"When I booked this hotel, I didn't realize that the neighborhood was absolutely perfect for our Oslo trip. It's right near two tram lines and is also very walkable to Sentrum, the Royal Palace, and the top of Karl Johans Gate. The Nationaltheatret train station is very close as well (the Vy train goes straight from Oslo airport to this station and then just a few blocks to the Europa). The room was beautiful with a comfy bed and remodeled bathroom. The rooms (and the lobby) have Nespresso machines and that is a nice touch. The breakfast is delicious and SO plentiful. We were overall just so happy with everything. "

We visited during a Norwegian heat wave and the air conditioning was very welcome. We recommend eating at the hotel pizza restaurant.
