“It was clean and sweet with fluffy purple towels. The staff were super friendly and the food connected to it at the Gold Mine restaurant was superb. Tried to stay a second night because we loved it but it was booked.”

“I have pictures and videos of this horrible unsafe condition. Bug's all over dropping off the ceiling threw the night all over the walls and floors. Dirty sheets other people's hair and glasses in the bed and some type of orange stains. Tube had other people's hair, mold, staind towels, toilet was not clean. The bathroom amenities had been opened and used prior to us. On the other bedroom it looked like mouse poop on the bed sheet. We had to remove our shoes and socks because the floor in the……

“Everyone we met was very helpful, front desk, and the ladies cleaning our rooms. It was a little noisy at times due to construction, but we had been expecting that. This was our first trip to Boise and it was easy to get around. Lots of stores and shops near the hotel. Would have preferred rooms with common access door.”

“It was clean, cool, and very nice for a short weekend get away.”
