Each room had a microwave ,a refrigerator, iron, an ironing board, blow dryer. The coffee machines made good coffee and were available all the time. The staff was very friendly and nice

The staff we dealt with was very helpful and kind, no issues there. The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Our only complaint was that the elevator was atrocious. It moved very slow, made strange sounds, the door would get stuck at times and my boyfriend actually got stuck in the elevator for about 10 min before luckily being able to get out thanks to the door finally opening. The person on staff made it seem like the elevator has issues a lot when I went and told them about it, which is not a good sign.
