"Dieses Hotel hatte zum Zeitpunkt des Check-in einen Wasserschaden und kein Strom. Musste mir also ein anderes Hotel suchen. Bei der Stornierung bzw. Rückforderung musste ich feststellen, dass das Hotel eine Übernachtung (von geplanten 4 Nächten) einbehalten hat. Auch eine Reklamation über den Support von Hotels.com war leider nicht erfolgreich und es wurde zu diesem Vorfall nicht direkt oder nur ausweichend Stellung bezogen. We had a rocky trip because my husband became unwell in the trip but their caring and personable attitude with the willingness to go the extra mile has eased the pain to some extent. "The room was very clean and tidy daily. However, we had issues with the bathroom bidet not working properly. Unfortunately this was not resolved during our stay. The TV was also not functioning properly during our stay. Definitely recommend the daily breakfast option. The quality and selection is excellent. Location wise, very easy to get around and roughly 50min away from Pudong international airport. "
