“No where on the web site did it say the pool wasn’t in use. It was out of order.”

“Check in staff was very friendly. We had one staff member be very ugly to my 4 year old autistic grandson while at the pool because he grabbed a table top and was going to throw it into the pool. Which we handled the situation. She yelled and said if it happened again he would be banned from the pool.”

I hope this is helpful so future guests can enjoy the home fully.Air Conditioner: The unit blows cold air, but the blower only seems to have one speed and doesn’t circulate properly. The vent/air diverter that should move the air in different directions also isn’t working. Because of this, the room never cooled……
