My room was tiny. No windows (annoying for people who like clear room and nice view and exist point.
Almost no wifi connexion in the room.
In the pool area connexion is ok.
They offered to keep luggage untill 7 pm and allowed me to use the pool toilets and shower. It was cery helpful.
No elevator bur staff can help.”

“I would be remiss in not mentioning the pillows here were 5 star hotel quality. Luxurious. And when you’re booking on the cheap anywhere in South America pillows matter! The pillows I slept on last night were like speed bumps”

“Schönes und gepflegtes Hotel direkt am Meer. Die Stadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ca 15 Fußmatten entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Meerblickzimmer ist gut.
Tolles Frühstücksbuffet.
Das einzige, was nicht so gut war, war dass lichtdichte Vorhänge fehlten. So war es mit Sonnenaufgangt taghell im Zimmer und auch nachts nicht wirklich dunkel, da draußen Laternen brannten.”

“Good location right across from Cruz del sur bus station. Rooms all face a very long lap pool and the ocean . Room seemed recently painted and fixed up. Bath room sink leaks water as u wash hands. Walls a bit thin. But overall a comfortable stay. Good buffet selection at breakfast. ”
