I guess the part i didn't understand before i got there was what the 'serviced apartment' concept meant. It meant in my case that there was a suite of three hotel rooms opening into a common lunchroom area with a counter, fridge and large table. “Houskeeper need improvement. Staff is very courtius. Room was okay. Bathrooms was very smelled. Towel was like very old and black and smelly.”

“The concept of faceless check-in is good but the property is not very well maintained. Cleanliness could be much better and in spite of requesting for the room to be cleaned the second day it wasn’t when I came back late evening. Suitable for those where privacy trumps all other considerations. ”
