“The check-in time was 2 pm and we reached there at 9 pm. We were tired and wanted to sleep. There was no drinking water and we had to ask for it. I wanted to wash my face and neither soap nor towel were there. Again, I had to ask for it and they filled up soap and shampoo in the dispenser. Usually in such places, there will be some provision to make coffee and tea with tea bags, instant coffee powder, etc. Nothing was there. My wife needed hot water, but the gas stove had no supply. “It was awful. Nobody was there to check us in, the room wasn’t ready and they had the wrong reservation details (they said we didn’t book for an AC room with a washing machine when we did). 3 days after check in they called and said we had overstayed the reservation, when we still had another full day to go! On top of this, the TV didn’t work, there were no dishes or utensils, the bathrooms and bedrooms weren’t clean, and there were no towels or toilet paper. The staff didn’t speak English or……
