“The room wasn’t that clean, the shower was clogged 24/7 even after calling two people over to fix it. There was blood stains on our sheets which we had to get removed as well as some sort of stains on the shower curtain. I have photo images of everything and it was pretty gross.”

“Had a terrible experience with my hotel neighbors playing rap the whole evening on their TV which could be heard on the other side of the wall. There should also be a curfew for TVs. I had to move rooms and the front desk simply gave an apology, and moving rooms was the solution vs any kind of hotel credit. They also don't have coffee accessible in the rooms and the coffee in the lobby not enticing/presentable. Would not stay there again. ”
