This estate boasts over an acre of lush landscape including its own pickle ball court, half basketball, bocce ball, beach volleyball, putting green and a gorgeous pool to ease your soul. Bike around the neighborhood to your hearts content. Inside boasts 6 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms. Take in a game of ping pong on the back patio or roast marshmallows in the fire pit. This house has all you'll need for the perfect holiday. \*\*\* PLEASE NOTE: \*\*\* PARKING: The large driveway may be used for parking. Please do not park on the street as you may be fined or towed. RULES/NOISE: The City of Indio has a noise ordinance of quiet hours: minimal outdoor noise/activity after 9 pm (Sunday to Thursday) and after 10 pm (Friday & Saturday). During quiet hours no music or noise should be heard at the property line. Noise should be at low to moderate levels during the daytime. Overnight occupancy is anyone on the property after 10 pm and should not be more than one the listing (Note: 16 plus means 16 max) We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community in order to offer these amazing vacation properties to our guests, so we appreciate you following these rules during your stay. POOL|SPA: Pool/spa: $125/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee); $150 per day for 86 degrees. There is a controller to turn on spa and lights on the wall beside the sliding doors. Spa on demand only: $40/daily to 102 degrees. (On demand only and must be turned off after use) Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one isn’t. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa or turn it off at the spa controller so that we can keep the heat going in the pool. Payment can be made via payment link or another form of payment. \*\*Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request. Also, this property gets weekly pool service on Monday and Thursday. Landscaping is on Wednesday. SLEEPING: Air mattresses and Pack n Play (and High Chair) available upon request, prior to check-in. PETS: Pets are allowed, as we are pet lovers ourselves. A $200 pet deposit is required, $50 goes towards the pet's stay, and if no mess is left behind, $150 is refunded to your credit card on file. Please let us know you are bringing a pet/pets in advance. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75 and late check-out fee is $75\. It is only granted upon availability which is confirmed prior to the payment request. Payment request have to be made upon confirmation of the availability or else the request to housekeeping team will not be submitted. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out CHECKOUT DUTIES: when possible, if you could start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash area and start a load in dishwasher. It is the request asked by my cleaning team and they appreciate it immensely. We golfed PGA West and went to Indian Wells and the house was in such a great location for both. Our group of 12 had so much fun and enjoyed all the amenities of the house. There was more than enough room for the 12 of us adults. What was also nice was there is a Ralph's grocery store, restaurants, and a great coffee shop - the Vintage coffee house about a 3 min drive from the house. Anna, the host, was also so responsive to all our questions before and during our stay. The place is as pictured. Plenty of activities for everybody to enjoy without leaving the house. There is plenty of space for everyone that you can find a spot if you want a quiet moment. It is also close to stores if you ever need something at the last minute. I will definitely consider this house in the future for another gathering. We held our board retreat here, and everyone had an incredible time, from watching the world series in the theater, to golf, basketball, and some beach volley ball too. I am so glad to have found this property. I hosted a 15 person bachelor party at the venue and it was phenomenal. The array of amenities (beach colleyball, pool, basketball court, pool, pickleball, golf simulator, theater, and arcade games) kept us busy the whole time and if you're a gambler the Fantasy Springs casino is only a 10 minute Uber/drive away. They have a great BBQ area and outdoor seating as well. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to host a big group event. The house is amazing and has more amenities than you will know what to do with. Kitchen is stocked for big parties which made cooking a breeze. Check in was simple and the place was very clean when we showed up. Starting from the amazing host Anna who was just amazing to us. Great communication and overall one of the best hosts! Home was CLEAN and SO much fun for our kids! Kids loves the theater room, game room and all the outdoor activities. We had such an amazing time with family celebrating daughter’s bday weekend.
