“Carol is a premier host! We loved her cozy cottage and fenced-in back yard with a covered porch and lovely views for us and convenience for our dog. I’ve already booked a return trip and highly recommend. The neighborhood is a very special pocket of Kerrville with an artsy flair and families of deer roaming about. ”

“This is a beautiful property. Great for a relaxing trip to the hill country. Centrally located to visit the river, Lost Maples, and also not far from Fredricksburg and the surrounding towns. The owner was communicative and gracious. Highly recommend this place.”

“The house was consistent with the description. We stayed in the Sunset Suite. Among the best of its features is its location. You are right on the Guadalupe River with easy access to the river walk that runs beside if. There are a variety of outdoor gathering places. Downtown is very near with a large, recently renovated H-E-B grocery store. The kitchen is ample, but we didn’t cook this time. The dining room has 4 chairs, and it is comfortable.
