We had a wonderful week at Holly Cottage. The cottage is warm, spacious, comfortable and very homely. It is an excellent base to stay and explore the Highlands. The garden is lovely and big and our daughter loved playing in it in the evenings. There is a lovely dining room to sit and enjoy family meals. The cottage is very secluded and quiet but only a 10 minute drive from the nearest village where there are cafes, takeaways and shops. The owner, Liz, was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Liz clearly takes a lot of pride in her lovely cottage. Thank you for a lovely, memorable stay.

Heaven

We didn't want to leave. Liz is the absolute best host and has though tof everything. It's in a beautiful, peaceful, area, yet you're close to a market and thinks to do. If you have kids, she has tons of games, there is lot's of room outside to play, and even bug nets for them to catch bugs. We just cannot recommend this lovely cottage highly enough. We can't wait to come back. And look forward to seeing Liz again.

Absolutely fantastic, recommend to anyone wanting to get away from all.

Fantastic cottage, set away from all the hustle and bustle. We were welcomed by Liz, who showed us around and told us of what we're likely to see in the evenings. We felt so chilled out after a week, we didn't want to leave. Even my 2 teenage boys enjoyed themselves. The cottage itself is massive, loads of space and fully equipped to make it a home from home. With Drumnadrochit a 10 minute drive away, there's plenty locally to do, from cruises to walks, take aways, pubs and gift shops. We found it a perfect base of operations with lots to do and no more than a 2 hour drive away. We're definitely going back for another break soon.
