Room was clean. Outside areas looked a little tired but no real complaints. Beware need car. Look out for the road sign which is easily missed. Access is via a rough gravel track. Patio under cover with chairs and table. Small fridge in room with complimentary can of soft drink. Plenty of milk in fridge too. Breakfast excellent. Juices, cereals, starters to include warm cossiant or pancake. Fresh fruit strawberries, orange segments, peaches plus cold meats etc. Excellent cooked breakfast to follow complete with haggis and black pudding. Host excellent and suggests places of interest. Bed melted into very comfortable. We stayed for one night. The room was very nice and the all important. It was clean. We had our evening meal in the restaurant and were very happy with the meal. And at breakfast sheila was very accommodating with us a we didn't want a full breakfast she made us a roll on sausage and bacon rolls. I would not hesitate to book this again.
