"My toilet overflowed at 10pm and lady at desk handed me a plunger. It backed up so far that it came out of sink and tub. When i completed the plunging went back to front desk and nobody was there. Plus no one was at desk in morning. My room was terribly smell all night. The entire night was a nightmare!!!!"

"House was ok dusty in parts. The pictures they posted made it seem like it was a private on the river house, it was not. We had to drive and park in the hosts back yard to enter our house. Also the temps for that weekend were in the mid 90’s and they did not turn on the AC until they let us in the house, shouldn’t have been a big deal but if the place is in your backyard kinda think you could have done that. "
