"Location and all staff are excellent just a great place to stay"

"The hotel spa is small but clean, but the opening hours are very limited. Everything at the hotel is beautiful and elegant. It’s located next to ski lifts so there’s an easy access to the slopes. The staff is nice and friendly but has trouble speaking English but most of the visitors were German anyway. "Ni siquiera llegamos ha dormir,había una barrera con código al principio de la carretera y por mucho que les llamé y mandé correo nada,después me dicen que estaba a 4 kilómetros y no se podía acceder en coche,y eso que tenía parking privado,nos fuimos ha dormir a otro lado a última hora ya que estuvimos más de una hora intentando solucionarl lo de la barrera,encima me han llegado ha cobrar 4 veces una noche en la que ni dormimos,me devolvieron dos veces lo de una noche,las otras dos nadie se...
