"We arrived to the property and immediately we see broken windows. We didn’t stay at the place and the host charged us a weeks stay. And added fees for cleaning, air condition she took days to even reply. We had to go stay at a hotel. Overall we were out ALOT of money without staying not even 10 minutes at the place.
