I loved the amazing view from our room on the 22nd floor; the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge on the 25th floor so you could chill in the evening with a panoramic view of the city lights without having to leave the building; the fact that housekeeping gives you fresh pyjamas every day (such a luxury!) Great location too, being an easy walk from Peace Park and the main shopping arcade streets. But the absolute best thing about this hotel are the staff. They are unfailingly kind and courteous as well as professional, I felt so taken care of. I would especially like to compliment the ladies working the morning of January 20, 2026 - thank you for being so lovely and helpful, they deserve praise and a raise :) I can’t wait to stay here again."
