The Modern Riverside Home was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious. There was lots of room for everyone to relax. Aldo was a great host. He responded to questions in a timely manner. We would stay here again.

Home was newer and very clean. Owner was responsive to messages with needs. Would recommend bringing a few extra wash pods in case you need to wash towels or sheets as there are only 1 small set of towels and no extra sheets as well as disinfectant wipes as the are no cleaning supplies. Pillows are very hard, would recommend bringing your own if you prefer something different. Mattresses were wonderful and so comfy. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Close to downtown, clean & comfy

Clean and beautiful home. It was very comfortable (the black chairs in the living room); they made is instantly sleepy just by sitting in them. Quiet, safe neighborhood, close to VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena, we came for a Sharks/Nighthawks game.

Wedding trip

We came to Jacksonville for my son’s wedding. This place was close to the venues we needed to be at. It was clean. We had lots of space for our family of 6 adults. The kitchen had a lot of room for us to cook. We had enough space to eat together at the table. It was wonderful.

Cute, comfy place to stay

Aldo is so friendly and the house is very nice. We only had 1 night, but it was very comfortable. My only complaint is the outside noise. The train woke me up at 6am and then at 7am the pallet company was very loud. If you're a heavy sleeper, I don't think you'd hear it, since I was the only one in the house that did.

A lovely property that looks brand new. Exceptionally clean inside, and beds were very comfortable. Communication with Host was pleasant. There was a coffee maker, coffee, and Splenda but no creamer. We opted to stop by Wawa on our way to the Equestrian Center for coffee and breakfast. We did no cooking or eating at the house so I can't speak to dishes, utensils, etc.There are train(s) nearby that some of our group heard during the nights, but they didn't disrupt our sleep. There is a pallet business across the side street but I don't know how noisy it is during the day. We were gone by 5:30 every morning and did not return until 8 to 10pm. We would suggest to the Host adding to the number of towels for each guest. There were no hand towels or wash cloths provided. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook in the future.

First the host was amazing he replied in a really short period of time.. The home was immaculate, comfortable, rooms were very spacious our 7 year old even got her own room. The decor was so beautiful I asked if he could decorate my own home. We are looking forward to coming back.

Absolutely gorgeous property!! Upon entering the home you’re met with a gorgeous view in an open concept living room. The kitchen was fully stocked for my family’s needs and it was very easy to navigate. Each bedroom was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Linen was available for each guests. I would 100% recommend booking this space.

Plenty of room for everyone with the four bedrooms and good size open kitchen/living area. Well kept and clean. Location a bit odd, as it was by businesses on one side, but no issue with noise while we were there. Pillows were all very firm so you might want to bring one if you don’t like that. Good communication from the host.
