Unique Design Bungalow in Jax Riverside Area.

Located in the Riverside historic district neighborhood a few blocks from amazing restaurants, local shops, bars and Breweries in King Street and a 10 minutes from downtown Jacksonville. This bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.

We are centrally located 20 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport, 15 minutes from the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, 30 minutes drive to the beautiful Florida beaches. It’s also easy drive to Baptist/MD, Mayo Clinic.

Nice accommodations

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in this comfortable house. The location gave us access to everything we wanted to do. Be aware that trains pass a few blocks away, even at night.

Thanksgiving visit

The house was exactly what we needed for a long weekend to visit family in Jacksonville. House was easy to find and close to the areas we needed. House was decorated well and clean and well appointed. Would stay here again.

Graduation celebration

Property was clean and very comfortable!! Walked to Bold City Brewery...good food and laid back atmosphere. We got to play a little bingo as well. Communication was great and no problems getting checked in!

Great house for pets

My wife needed to visit the Mayo Clinic for testing, and we wanted to bring our dogs and this place was perfect for them. Fenced in back yard and very nice interior. I would recommend this place for sure.

Nice safe area in close enough to everything

Clean and up to date. A short ride to the stadium and downtown area. Short half jour ride to Jax beach. Very happy with our stay, we'll be back for sure.

Great Bungalow

The house was immaculate. The beds were comfortable and clean. Anything you could need was there for your use. Normally we eat out when in Jacksonville but the kitchen was so nice and well stocked with pots and dishes that we decided to cook. I can not say enough nice things.

Jaguars Game

The house was exactly as described, plenty of room and exceptionally clean. Location was excellent, close to events, sight seeing and restaurants. My only suggestion is to provide a tub mat (or suggest that guests bring one) for guests who may be a little unsteady on their feet. Would absolutely stay again!

We recently stayed in this beautiful house which was amazing and perfect location for us, the house was spacious and well furnished and suited all of our needs. We did runninto a few cleaning issues but once raised with the host they offered a cleaning service for free. Other than that the house was perfect and was wonderful to stay in.

Relaxing stay in the sweetest house with great location

Wonderful stay in a super clean house with 3 comfy bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. 2 couples stayed and one couple had a snorer so the 3rd bedroom was such a welcome thing! Hosts were welcoming and recommended great restaurant. Easy parking. Grocery store and shops very close. Nice streamlined kitchen with no clutter. We are pretty picky and we will be returning to this property at our next conference.

First time in Jacksonville

Overall, We really enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. A couple of things we noticed like no Kleenex, no hand towels for the bathroom, the air conditioning took a long time to cool the home and the yard needed to be landscaped and trimmed out front. But the home was cute and comfortable for our family.

My Jacksonville Stay

This Place is awesome! Very Cozy! Extremely Clean. Everything is new. Beds are comfortable. Well Decorated Home and Clean. Space with a Desk in case if need to check emails/work. Bathrooms are clean. Open Concept Kitchen for Entertainment. Back Patio super cool. Can walk to Restaurants and a lot to do around the Area. Totally Recommend this home for Vacationing.

Pre cruise get away

Our friends and I went on a cruise and we needed a place to stay since we were coming in out of town to the port. We decided to get in a few days prior. This little gem is gorgeous! It's very clean, spacious and right in the middle of downtown in a nice quiet restored secure neighborhood. The only little downside I had with it (very minor I guess) there weren't any real glasses. We celebrated a birthday and I didn't like sipping my 12 yr old single malt scotch in plastic glassware. With all that said... If I ever needed a vacation rental in the Jacksonville area, I would jump on this one!

Enjoyed the stay!

My son, dog, and myself enjoyed our stay at this cute little property in an up and coming neighborhood. The description was accurate and we had just what was needed to be comfortable. I would share a couple of minor details not included in the description though: loud train goes by a few times a day, there was a stain and peeling ceiling plaster in the room I stayed, and there were a few homeless folks who wandered the neighborhood as well. If you plan to cook know there is minimal cooking pots/pans and utensils, no spices at all, and no foil or bags or containers to store leftovers. I did not see a corkscrew either. All of the dishes and glasses-cups are plastic! Also no potholders and nothing to clean up messes with! You are allotted a few pods for clothes washing and a few pods for the dishwasher and that is it…period. We enjoyed some of the restaurants that were within walking distance as well as a cute little antique store. I would stay there again to visit family in JAX.
