The outdoor views are of lake Disharoon and the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains. There are many quality amenities in this home which include granite countertops, new appliances, a screened in porch with EZ Breeze windows, 3 fireplaces (1 being in the master bedroom) with a large walk in shower for the master bathroom and shower / tub combination for the other full bathrooms. The home also features a ping pong table and foosball table for entertainment. This home is ideal for family and friend gatherings to relax and reconnect! Bedroom 1 main level : King Bed | Bedroom 2 downstairs: 2 full beds | Bedroom 3 downstairs: Queen Bed, | Bedroom 4 upstairs: Queen Bed| Common space upstairs : 1 twin trundle bed. Big Canoe is conveniently located 25 minutes from downtown Jasper, Ball Ground, 40 minutes from Ellijay, and less than an hour to Blue Ridge. There are several wineries nearby to explore as well. RESORT PERKS (add'l fee may apply, paid on-site): Golf course, tennis court, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, outdoor and indoor pool, hiking trail network, lake access w/ paddle boats, pontoon boats, kayaks, stand up paddleboards and beach, fitness center, shopping and dining, playground.
