“Room isn’t cleaned unless you ask them to, bit nobody tells you that when you check in. Even hanging the sign asking the maid to clean the room didnt work. I still came back 8 hours later to an uncleaned room. At buffet breakfast there were flies everywhere. This could have easily been solved with mosquito coils bit I only got glaring looks when I suggested it. ”

“The property had no running water in my room no towels desk manager did not have my reservation no wifi main lobby had 1 single light on air conditioner was minimal at best. I had reserved for 2 days but left after 1 day ”

“I had a wonderful stay at the Lemon Beach Resort. The resort was clean and scenic, my room was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and assisted by carrying my luggage to my room. I was also able to get a relaxing massage. I would recommend staying here. It was a pleasant all-around experience.”

No one told me where to find anything, not even where you’ll have breakfast! Customer service was very poor. Rest, relaxation in a serene environment is what I was looking for and it was what I got. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves very much.”

“What an awful experience,where do I start? A few days before my trip I contacted the property. The owner first said he couldn't host me because he was fully booked and asked me to cancel the reservation. After a few exchanges he said he could host me if I booked directly with him (at a higher price than what I had booked). At that time I could no longer cancel my reservation without paying any fee so, after he said he wouldn't respect my reservation I reported the issue to Expedia. Not so happy……
