“Really everything was wonderful! The great room was perfect for us. We had two little crawlers that needed a safe play place while we were hanging out together and the open floor plan was perfect for this. We were pleasantly surprised the cupboards/fridge were stocked with spices, condiments, and all those things you just need a little bit of when you travel—even beach towels for each person for when we went to the pool. We needed to arrange our own baby stuff, that is a portacrib and highchair,……

“Great house with great views! You can see the mountains and the river! Sit on one of the many patios and listen to the Arkansas River flow by. It was amazing to have a fire out down by the river. We ended up making a couple of fires down there and just really enjoyed our time unplugged from everything. ”

“At first sight needs land scaping attention , impression was not stellar. Older home late 50's early 60's ?. Interior very clean and comfortable, and modern.Kitchen and bathrooms very clean , well equipped, and modern.Beds comfortable and each bedroom had fans ( it was warm on our stay) so that helped. Living room area had nice comfortable furniture. Pleasantly decorated.Wifi and TV great and easy to access. I give 5 stars for what really matters .Cleanliness and comfort , appliances, supplies.……
