The staff was incredibly kind and accommodated my request for an early check-in. The location is highly convenient and the room was clean. However, there was a faint, smoky odor present, though it wasn't overwhelming.

For the price, it’s very decent. The room was very clean. Great location for shopping & dining. Just wished they had a gym, and breakfast. However, you have a microwave, & refrigerator in the room, and there’s an indoor pool. I would recommend staying here.

This hotel has been updated so it’s clean. The room itself was good, it had a kitchenette in it and it appeared new. I had a few problems with the thermostat and door lock but they were addressed right away. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s located with many restaurants, stores, etc around it.

Room was dirty and sheets appeared to have blood on them. Door lock didn’t work. You could walk right in. Fortunately the staff processed my refund without hassle.

We made a reservation for 8-11 because our power was out and both me and my wife have health issues that require air conditioning. The hotel DID NOT have power but accepted the reservation. When we got there we tried to cancel but told it was past the cancellation time. Purchased the “trip protection “ insurance but can’t file a claim because we weren’t allowed to cancel the reservation due to the hotel not having power.

The room was clean, linen was clean. Staff friendly. The hot tub was like warm at best, jets didn't work. There was green algae floating on the top of the water. The corners of the deck near the hot tub was slimy & dirty. The shower had no hot water. The hotel advertised free breakfast, there was no breakfast. The air filter was caked in black dust.

Fair price for a room with a full refrigerator, microwave, sink and dishwasher. The staff left bags of dirty laundry in the hall. The guests with dogs made no effort to keep them quiet late into the night. I’m a dog person but these dogs were really annoying. I won’t stay there again unless I really need the kitchenette.
