“We found underwear and a urine stain on the floor of the bathroom when we checked in. The front desk clerk tried to help by cleaning with limited tools. The next morning we were awakened by someone coming into our room which was needless to say scary. The person was from housekeeping I assume but they never announced that and just said sorry and left. We were supposed to stay there another night but it was bad enough that we had to move hotels”

“Easy check-in/check-out and easy to notify of a late check-in.”

“The property was older with it looking like they were going to repair but never actually saw anyone. The ice/vending machine on my floor was completely gone so I had to go to the floor above to find the ice machine. The breakfast was missing it items like boiled eggs and friendly staff. The front staff were helpful. I had request towels each day because no one came to the room during our three day stay.”
