Lebanon Valley Mall Tours

Thee air conditioner in our room was not working properly and it was 7-8 colder than what the thermostat was set at. The room felt wet with condensation. The carpets, bedding and towels were damp. We were told to call ahead if we arrived after 10pm. We arrived at 9:45, but the main doors were already locked. Other guests left us in after we called the phone number. It took 5 minutes before we were helped at the front desk. In the morning there was no staff present at the desk or the breakfast area.
