The home is very clean. I imagine it can get very hot but they have cooling/heating units throughout the space. We did not need to use them, we have beautiful March temperatures. Great location for a nice view, local trails, and decent distances to convenient stores. It was gorgeous. The design and layout was super, the outdoor space amazing and the view from the roof…stunning. We spent time in Joshua Tree, Palm Desert, Palm Springs and tons of hiking! Everything at this property is all and more than the listing! The color palette (blue /orange ) was pleasing interior and exterior. Lots of space and spots for quietness. The neighborhood is also devoid for the most part of city noises. Home is spacious and just-remote enough where you feel off the grid, but are close enough to everything you need to have a terrific stay.
