“The house has a very large driveway, nice screened in porch, and ease of access with only a few small steps up into the house. Very open floor plan with kids/guest rooms tucked away. Master bed is off the living room behind barn doors, so not entirely private but works well for families or close friends. En suite has pocket door with very nice bathroom, shower, and closet. Beautifully decorated with surfing photos, books, and art. Very nice screened in back patio with hot tub. Medium sized back...
