“The stay in Hedi was problematic for me. The hotel manager did not read my WhatsApp messages and she did not understand me in Russian or English when I called her by the phone to ask her to open the gate to the restricted area around the Svetitskhoveli cathedral. When I finally arrived to Hedi, it turned out that they had no room for me, despite my pre-paid booking. The waiter of the café belonging to Hedi accompanied me the other hotel where Hedi paid for the room. The room was good enough, but……

“Ok for a one night stay. But breakfast was average and the curtains in the room didn’t seem to fully cover the windows so a lot of light let in, in the morning. Didn’t use the spa but looked ok. Pool wasn’t open. Limited parking outside.”

“I arrived and hadn’t noticed the message about the motion only taking cash. Immediately I was offered a ride to the nearest ATM to withdraw the cash, which was a generous offer after the travelling. Rooms are large a spacious. ”

“Pire hôtel de toute ma vie! Pas de tv, pas d'eau chaude tout le séjour, pas de lumière le soir dans le couloir et escaliers, ascenseur en panne le premier jour. Salle du petit déjeuner fermée les 3 jours , room service à 8h30 sans prévenir avec petit déjeuner imposé sans boissons et personne pour venir débarasser j'ai dû appeler 2 heures plus tard sinon ça restait toute la journée tel quel. Pas de ménage ni de changements serviettes pendant les trois jours. La salle de sport était fermée pendant……

“The staff is nice and the linens are clean but this is not a good hotel. Bring slippers as there is carpet in the room which is extremely dirty and stained so you will not want to walk on in with your bare feet. The air conditioner freezes so don't put the temp below 23 C and close the bathroom door with the fan on after a shower or it will freeze the A/C. If it freezes, turn it to fan only for a few hours and it will start working again. There is a basketball court/soccer field outside of the……
