“Highly recommend this accommodation if you are seeking a private, secluded place to stay but within easy, short travel to the city (any of Wgtn, Lower Hutt or Porirua). The deck area is fantastic - a view of the forest, great couches and the hot tub. We will definitely book again.”

“6 of us, all family, travelled from Nelson to attend family celebrations over weekend. The house was very cold, but quickly warmed up with efficent heaters in every room. We had a busy time, but it was a good location and we crammed in some shopping, watched some funny clips on Netflix and played some online games, visited whanau, and went out to dinner at Brewtown.(Great place) The house was clean, a handy location and suitable for our needs. “Overall, very nice - good size bedrooms and living space. Heating for the spaces could be better. Firewood was wet so didn't burn too well. Beds were comfy and plenty of bedding to keep out the cold. Shower good. Heated towel rail would be nice, towels didn't dry easily.”

“This place was fabulous for us all to relax and create more family memories. Tennis pool and beautiful gardens for grandies to play. Everything we needed. Needed a bit of a tidy around pool area with a couple of unmentionables left lying around from previous guests! Luckily we arrived early so grandbabies didn’t see anything. Other than that it was fantastic.”

“The house is perfect for a gathering. Beautifully presented, with plenty of room. The kitchen area is large so you can cook your own meals. Spa pool and entertainment area outside. Only downside was the wi fi kept dropping off the streaming to the tv.”
