Great staff member who came to open reception for me after 11 pm. Great friendly communication prior to arrival. I had room 5 and it was perfectly clean and comfortable. Good bed and shower and quiet neighborhood. Very convenient position when coming from the late ferry then travelling up north. ...

The restaurant food in this hotel is just spectacular. Right to the desserts. The reason I stayed a second time, and will again. But the location is pretty amazing too. A huge Mall with movie theatres next door, and a large supermarket next door too.

you may regret to miss it
Excellent experience in the hotel. Staff there is careful and helpful. Large and gorgeous apartment which is clean,.tidy, and comfortable. I would definitely spend a visit there when I travel to NZ again.
