Location, Location, Location! This Hawaii-chic, quiet condo is located in the heart of downtown Kailua Kona. Across the street is a beautiful beach, famous for watching the sunset. Walk to island shops, Restaurants, Live Entertainment, Activities, a Trolley station, farmers’ market.

This is a cozy second-story room that has a comfy King-size bed, it is good for up to 2 people. AC, a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and a few games to have fun. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels & snorkeling masks are provided for you to use.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a full-size fridge, microwave, induction burners, toaster, coffee maker, and more.

Enjoy your morning coffee or a pre-dinner cocktail on the lanai (balcony) overlooking the pool and garden.

This quiet and peaceful complex has beautiful tropical gardens with banana trees, exotic flowers, and green lawns surround. You will love to enjoy the Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ area, and Old Hawaiian charm.

You DO NOT need a car when you stay in this very convenient location. If you have a car, The free parking lot is available first come with a permit that you get from font-desk when you check in, If this lot is filled up, free overflow is also available on the street.

Low key and close to all you need
This might be the best deal in Kona. The apartment was clean and decently appointed. Kona Islander Inn is in a great location close to shops & restaurants. Parking in the lot is limited, but street parking is also available. We had a nice balcony and used the pool area. If you walk through the property, you will pop out right along the ocean.

The property was central to a number of activities and great restaurants. Clean and well appointed. Parking is an issue. Wish that could be resolved especially for elderly and family guests where walking distances with all your gear is more than some can handle

The property was adequate but dated. The air conditioner is old and very loud and noisy. Poor instructions for the TV. Not enough parking off the road. The bed was very comfortable, lots of towels and beach towels. Nice pool and area. The property is with in walking distance of restaurants and shops as well as local beaches which is great.

It was close to downtown Kona. The only difference in the listing was the name of the property. It is the same place in the picture. The room was large and was well equipped for our stay. A few steps from the shore shopping and restaurants.

Close to downtown activities and eating. Parking not so good but reasonable. Some issues with tv working but was eventually remedied by property managers and had no problems. A few small things in property needed attention.

Superb little studio!
The unit is recently remodeled and the design and arrangement of it is very well thought out. Cabinets, closets, kitchenette, lanai furniture, bathroom and shower are of a very high quality materials. The place is tastefully decorated as well. I stayed for a month plus on a work project and was very comfortable there. Had to extend my stay twice and the property managers were super nice while working with me.

Perfect Ironman Location
We had a wonderful stay for Ironman 2019. The location is excellent! It is about half a block from Ironman Village. You can cross the street to see the swim, stand at the edge of the parking lot to have the bikes pass you twice, and then walk to other side of complex and be on Ali'i drive for the run. It was about a 10 minute walk to the start/finish. For a spectator this location is ideal! You can see all race legs, stop in to use the restroom, grab a snack or cool off in the AC. For the athlete it was so convenient. We could walk to drop off the bike and it made for an easy race day not having to worry about parking. Robin was an excellent hostess. She answered our pre-trip questions about the condo and also the area and travel logistics. She provided ample linens, toiletries, a welcome snack and even tropical fruit from her garden. We were initially hesitant to book as we were worried that the unit itself might be too small. We stayed for over a week with lots of luggage, gear plus a bike and found it to be more than adequate. The full size refrigerator and microwave were great. In addition to the excellent race location, the unit is less than a 5 minute walk to coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream and shopping. The unit was very quiet. Even though it was a very busy week, we did not hear others coming and going. There is an on-site laundry facilities, pool and grills. Our only slight negative is that the common areas are not immaculate like the condo itself. We would highly recommend Robin and this condo for anyone wanting a central location in Kailua.
