The only good part about this stay was the bed. The first room we were supposed to stay in had a very large blood splatter on the door jamb. I took a picture and showed it to the clerk, he finally found a room to accommodate us. This area is in the midst of a major upgrade. However, lighting and a sign to get to the motel was absent. Very dark. As a matter of fact, the entire area, which includes a shuttered Four Points by Sheraton is there. Yes, they are remodeling , but their housekeeping is horrible and I don’t recommend this place. Better to close for remodeling than having horrible housekeeping.

In my room, there was no hand soap, face soap, body wash or shampoo. Tried calling housekeepers and front desk, but the phone was not working either. Breakfast was terrible, there were just few apples, few cups of yogurt, cereals, milk and that’s it, coffee was old and stale I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Very much enjoyed my stay. Understandably they’re renovating, but even so it was a very comfortable hotel, with a very nice room. Also, shout out to Pam at reception for being one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met.

My room was very functional and roomy. The breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel. Very limited offerings with no coffee or juice available. The WiFi died at one point and took most of a day to come back online.

While we were waiting to get checked in, the employees were having a conversation and it took some time before they acknowledged us. Then a customer came to the front desk and requested to get their money back, because the room was dirty. When we finally got checked in and went to the room, it was dirty as well! The person at the front desk said they didn't have any clean rooms. Needless to say, we requested our money back too. There was also someone else in the lobby waiting to complain about their room. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had

The hotel is undergoing a HUGE renovation. The staff (especially the new manager) went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable. I was disappointed that the pool was not open (renovation) since that was one of the things that I filtered for.

Not good. They lost our reservation. It appeared that the 3 others also had problems getting their reservations. When one finally got their room, they immediately returned and complained about the mess. We never got a room and refused to honour our prepaid room. The front desk guy did nothing to accommodate our situation. We eventually had to leave and find somewhere else.
