“The whole hotel is in bad shape. The room smells of a lot of humidity, and the toilet was leaking all day long.
The so-called gym (one of the reasons why I've chosen this hotel) only offers a couple of treadmills and some rusty dumbbells.
The swimming pool was clean, but the staff at the swimming pool was not helpful or welcoming enough. I didn't know where to get the towels, or if I could order food from the swimming pool and charge it to my room. There were 2 staff there, but only checking……

“Expediaに掲載されている設備と実際の設備が大きく違っていました。電子レンジと洗濯機なのですが、スタッフに聞いたところスタジオタイプにはついていないと冷たく言われました。
また、１日目は１８時ころに到着したら、掃除が終わっていないので３０分待ってくれと言われました。１時間ほどたってからもう一回行くと、部屋がないといわれ、エマージェンシールームを準備するとのこと。
部屋の広さは同じでしたが、かけ布団はシーツがなくボロボロ、トイレは天井から水漏れなど少しひどかったです。
２日目はまともな部屋でしたが、Wi-Fiのパスワードがどこにも書いていない、聞いても机に書いてあるとしか言われない。
アパートメントの部屋であれば想定していたような部屋だったと思います。
サービスレベルもスタッフの対応もひどいものでした。”
