“訂兩晚，客廳以及廚房的燈壞了，反應了修繕的積極度不足。check out 了，燈也沒修，處理的回應聽起來就是藉口。訂房時有註明有洗衣機，因有需要洗衣服才訂這間，check in 時卻明文規定一天使用費用是馬幣35元，感覺被騙了。住宿還需要收保證金馬幣200，窗簾有破，桌子等都有前面客人使用毀損，床單也有污穢痕跡，只好拍照存證，應該在新客人住宿前將修繕等做好，或不收保證金，若沒拍照存證，萬一check out 算在後面的客人身上，會很倒楣。wifi也很弱，看其它客人的feedback有提，想說會改善，結果真的不行。只能告訴自己，下次絕對不再訂這家。付房價居然兩天晚上客廳廚房都沒燈，感受很差。，”

“I chose this hotel as it was very accessible to the conference centre where I was attending a conference. I was pleasantly surprised with the room - it was clean, very spacious, comfortable bed.
