"The Kapalua condo was great extremely quiet the view was amazing about a half mile from the beach but open view we had our own washer and dryer in our condo. Condo could have been a little cleaner all and all a great stay loved this area "

"Great stay"

"Overall the clenliness of the unit wasn't very good. Bathrooms had mold, there was a gecho in the shower, the floors were so gross that my slippers turned black and the walls were littered with dust and spider webs. We also had two cockroach come through the laundry area. The office lady was very nice and accommodating, the lady who covers her wasnt the friendliest. There was no Netflix set up in our unit and when we asked the maintenance guys couldn't get it fixed. We asked for a vaccume and never heard from the ganitorial staff. The location was good and is walking distance from beautiful beaches. It's also super close to a market and a few restaurants. "

"Beautiful place! Beautiful view (ocean side). Be aware that "partial view" of the ocean is pretty partial as buildings are between you and the beach, but you have a nice pie slice of ocean and a great view of sunsets over Molokai. Grounds are lovely and the pool is clean. Island Vibes Cafe next door is a treasure. Enjoy your visit!"

"The Kapalua Bay Villas are located on the cliffs above Kapalua Bay. The Villa we were in had a large grass area in front of us, then the cliffs, ocean, etc. Yremendiously beautiful setting. Sitting on the patio and listening to the wind and waves is incredibly tranquil... It is truly a multimillion dollar view. While I give 5 stars, mostly for the location, as the actual condo is starting to get a bit run down. The walls need paint and some repairs. The counter grout is chipping out of the seams. Floor tiles are cracked. The couch is very worn and quite uncomfortable. The bed is very mushy. My back hurt the entire time I stayed there. The condo door sticks shut, and requires a serious slamming to align the deadbolt for security. The condo, while it looked decently cleaned, had many dead and some alive gnats. Would I rent this condo again... Not unless they changed out the couch and bed... Yeah, they were bad. On the positive side, the grounds are beautiful, and the pools have been recently refurbished, or are in the process of being refurbished. The proximity to hiking trails and the beach are huge positives. Overall, I still give the Villas 5 stars, but that's for the location... If just for the condo, the degree of "disrepair" would only rank 4 stars... Overall, a 4.5 star experience."

"The view from the Lanai is breathtaking and the walkability to multiple beautiful beaches is great. The unit is exactly as presented in the photos and the owners are great to work with. We’ll be back!"
