“We liked the property. The condo itself was very nice and we were pleased with everything except for the air conditioning. It wouldn’t cool the entire space. The evenings were quite hot and we were required to keep the small window unit on 74 at all times which we did. We had no idea where to drop the trash, and very little info on how to exit. “A gorgeous little spot with an unbeatable view.This is a well maintained and well appointed rental. We greatly appreciated the well stocked kitchen, nice patio furniture, surprise washer/dryer and beach supplies (coolers, beach chairs). If you are here during whale season you won’t be disappointed. This is a great unit to sit on the lanai and watch whales all day! The property grounds are very well maintained. Jim provided so much information pre-trip to help us plan. Charlie, the property manager, was very responsive to our questions.
