"A lovely setting, it just looked tired in certain areas. It was unfortunate that we had a non-refundable rate and the hotel closed the golf course (the main reason for staying) because of the heat. The hotel would not agree to change the date, so the trip became a bit of a non event"

"Lovely little bolt hole next to a great pub. The bed was very comfy and the shower was amazing. The outside seating is overlooked by the main road and due to roadworks it was a bit too busy with standing traffic to sit outside. The pub next door was very good and we enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast ..."

"Solo traveller, one night stop off. Camping hut for two (two single beds) which was warm and cosy. I'd have chosen a kettle over a TV but that's my preference. Stunning surroundings. 3 huts in one very large field so quiet. Excepting unfortunately the noise from the adjacent A road.. which runs alongside ..."
