“The property and the host were all that is wonderful. Ian took extra steps to make sure our stay was perfect down to leaving a big basket of welcome goodies for my sister's and my birthday. At the last minute, the clouds parted and we even got to view the eclipse as icing on the cake! My entire family has no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone visiting the Texas wine country.”

“This property takes you back in time. It is just adorable!!! However, it does not have all the luxuries of today's homes. The layout is a bit weird and some parts of the house is slanted!!! It is a great location though. You can walk right into the main area of Fredericksburg. One nice feature is there is an outside shower versus a handheld shower in a tub and there is a hot tub!!! “The house was adorable, walking distance to Main St., and the back yard was gorgeous and HUGE! We had a great time. The house is ideal for a group of six to eight, but I don't think ten would fit comfortably. While there was a broken curtain rod and a fallen door window treatment when we got there, it did not affect our enjoyment one bit. I was very pleased with the house. I would definitely go back.”
